Our Warrior Wind Martial Arts program offers a flexible training schedule to help you train around your own busy schedule. In each and every class, you will go through a structured program. We stretch to increase flexibility and work out to improve your cardiovascular performance through our warm up drills. We then show and discuss basic self defense techniques and return to a workout using them. In this way, you get a balanced workout every class.
